In 1990 Vicks selected actor Nathan Lane as the spokesman for Nyquil in a commercial that will have you howling with laughter when you watch. When the commercial begins Nathan Lane is getting ready in his dressing room when suddenly Nathan starts sneezing and coughing up a storm when his manager appears and tells him that it's time for the show but Nathan Lane insists he is ill and asks his manager for some Nyquil and then he feels better after some rest and ready to perform on stage. This was one of many Nyquil commercials that Nathan Lane did in the 90's and I think this commercial was his Nyquil commercial debut.
