Does anyone remember this segment from the 2004 Unsolved Mysteries DVD "UFOs"? It was on this DVD and it is not the Oakville Blobs.

I don't remember seeing it anywhere in the Filmrise episodes and the Unsolved Mysteries wiki does not have it listed anywhere. I also don't see it anywhere in the Seasons 3-12 Episode Guide. When did this air?
