We haven't done this in a while and I was watching and enjoying this episode the other day. Enjoy!

Ed: Which of these jackets do you think I should wear for your Aunt Connie?

Connie: Oh Chico, Europe was wonderful!

Connie: I see you put on a little weight, Edwardo!

Connie: I want you both to join me for dinner.

Ed: I would love to, but Chico is busy, right Chico?

Chico: Oh yes, I have tickets to see Godfather part 3.
Connie: But that doesn’t come out for another 3 months.
Chico: Well I want to get good seats!

Edwardo has arrived!

Count Catalan: I took the liberty of ordering the drinks.

Chico: Look, he is asking my aunt for money, Gigilo!

Count Catalan: This lighter has a long history.

Count Catalan: It used to be a gold coin belonging to Cortez.

Count Catalan: The bullfighter had the gold made into a lighter. He presented it to me and then he died bravely on the horns of a bull.

Count Catalan: And I wish to bestow the lighter on Consuella!

Ed: don’t take it Connie, it’s cursed with that cockamamy story.
Count Catalan: It is no Story!
Ed: Oh yeah! Put em up!

Chico: The count told me he is investing your money.
Connie: Yes, isn’t it exciting!
Chico: Aunt Connie, do you know him well enough to let him do that?

Ed: Connie, forget this guy and be with me!

Chico: I don’t like this guy. He is a fortune hunter and we have to protect her from him.
Ed: I agree.. What can I do?
Chico: Well for starters you can quit trying to lead! :lol:

Ed: (on phone) Yes I would like some information on a Count Catnip..
Chico: CA_TA_LAN!
Ed: I mean Count CA_TA_LAN!

Ed: If you do all of your impressions it might convince Connie you are crazy.
Chico: (in his Humphrey Bogart impression) Well it ain’t the maltise falcon, but will this do?

Connie: What happened to my poor Chico?
Ed: He is suffering from multiple personalities brought on by the stress of some one close to him leaving him.

Chico: Lawrence of Arabia here!

Connie: Oh my poor Chico, I will take care of you!
(ed. note How many of you ladies would love to be Aunt Connie at this point! :D)

Connie: Don’t you see I need to stay and take care of him?!

Chico: Waaaaaaa!!!!!

Chico: Well lookie here grandpa!!!

Ed: You have to humor him.
Chico: (thinking to himself) I hope they are buying it!

Count Catalan: Well, Consuella, you have to chose between him or me!

Connie: But why did you do it Chico?

Chico: Well Ed was the mastermind. We didn’t want you to be taken in by a fortune hunter.
Connie: FORTUNE HUNTER!!! Count Catalan is a very rich man!!

Ed: Call him back! I bet you can still get him at the airport.
Connie: But I don’t want him back!

Well Chico got it in the end! :lol:

That's one of my favorite episodes! Freddie gets to display so many emotions and act so goofy! (Plus, he's so darn cute in this one!) He was an awesome actor!

I just want to be Aunt Connie and dance the night away with that handsome Prince. The blue velvet jacket does it for me everytime. Blue and Red were his colors. Of course...then there is the beautiful hair and face. All those things combined together can make the heart beat very fast. Thanks for a glimpse back at that very funny show. Loved it!!

I got my Aunt Connie script today! Woo-Hoo! It is for the first Aunt Connie episode! It maybe awhile before I can scan it & put it up on my site cuz I am not only still trying to finish doing the site (& that takes along time LOL). But also since CITYSLIDE websites have gone to pay, it means I have to transfer my personal website to elsewhere which I am transfering it to AOL & that is taking a long time. I eventually hope to get the script scanned & put up on the site...


I noticed a few bloopers in the script. Rev Bemis is listed as being Rev Davis. Rev Davis is I think that first Rev that was on the show in an episode before Rev Bemis. Another blooper is Ed says:

You see Reverend, I'm an Episcopalian, the lady is Catholic and you are a Unitarian. Will that be a problem?"

From what I have read & heard Unitarians aren't Christian but are some other religion that believes in all religions & teaches a different religion each Sunday. Rev Bemis said lots of Chrstian stuff on the show & in that episode.& The church acted like a regular church like say Episcopal or Catholic. So that has me wondering if Ed saying the Rev was a Unitarian is maybe a blooper. Maybe they thought Unitarians were similar to Catholics or something?

I wonder whose copy of the script I got????

I noticed 2 other bloopers in my Aunt Connie script. Chico says That his father used to say something very interesting at the dinner table & Ed asks what was it & Chico said he didn't know cuz he used to talk with his mouth full. We all know Chico never knew his father & what happened there.

Another blooper is that later in the script the Casa Grande is listed as being the Casa Dinero...
