The episode where Margaret is trying to get her cousin married. Kitten is saying good night and is kissing her kin. Then as she passed the house guest he says "what about me" so Kitten kissed him. Gross. Pedo ish.

Never noticed that. I don't pay much attention to those episodes.

They shouldn't have made Bud stand in for the bride, either. But it got Margaret what she wanted.

I have to see that episode where Kathy kisses a stranger. The one with Susan Oliver is the next one on my list. Oliver was quite a looker.

In the Susan Oliver episode Betty really shows her snobby stripes.

The Kathy kisses a stranger episode is in season 1. Margaret's cousin is getting married, and her beau wants a kiss from Kathy. Since it was brought out that the cousin and her to-be husband were going out for five years, it could be that the adult Andersons knew him well and saw no problem.

Speaking of that episode, the cousin told Kathy that she and Kathy would be second cousins. I'm not a family-relationships expert, but I think they would be cousins-once-removed. When and if the cousin had a child, the child and Kathy would be second cousins.

Correct! First cousin once removed. I had never met my father’s cousin’s kids but I met them a few years back and they were my second cousins.
