Of all the characters on Bewitched who do you think was the most responsible for the success of the show?

Samantha--an obvious choice, Elizabeth had top billing, was beautiful and a one of a kind actress.

Darrin--and I mean Darrin #1, Dick York--of all BW posts probably the most discussed issue is the switch from Dick York to Dick Sargent--most fans seem to believe the show lost momentum after Dick York left.

Endora--without Endora as the ultimate meddling mother-in-law there wouldn't be the vitally needed conflict.

Aunt Clara--without a doubt the sweetest and most lovable character on the show.

Or are all equally responsible for the success of the show?

Hmm, tough one....I think it would be fair to say that they all contributed to the success of this show in their own special way with their unique talents. :) I must say, though, that I preferred Dick York to Dick Sargent; but I think the entire cast was great!
