Every night for the past few nights I have having internet troubles and EVERY night at 11PM PT I can only do internet for a minute then it disconnects me and I do not touch any buttons or mess with any internet connection. The only thing that is connected is the Roku TV and I'm wondering if it's messing with it. What could be the cause of this trouble?

every Sunday our family has a video/conference call via Zoom. Sometimes on my computer the image will freeze for 1 or 2 minutes and/or the sound will go out for a minute or two and we'll get a message that says YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION IS UNSTABLE or YOUR HIGH CPU E IS CAUSING AN ERRATIC CONNECTION
On the news they were saying some people are having internet trouble because a lot of people are working from home.

We've been having some internet troubles, and almost had to reset our router yesterday.

It seems like we've been having to do a lot of router resets lately though.
