When looking up child star commercials on YouTube, I happened to find this one with 7th Heaven actress Mackenzie Rosman that was for Tufts Health Plan from 1996.

In the ad, Mackenzie is seen with a doll and she puts it in the bed and a picture frame is seen. At the end of the commercial, she takes the doll out and cradles it.

It’s a really cute commercial too.
