The one that was on tonight is the one when she took over the diner because of mel's back. But yes since she lived so far I wasnt expecting to see her again since Mel was in his 50's and on his own

There's an earlier episode where she takes over Mel's diner, not the one that aired tonight where she worked at that competing restaurant. It was back in the Flo era. She made chicken pot pies back then too! Mel complained that she was using the expensive breast meat for the pies when Flo brought him his lunch.

I loved Henry !! I thought he was a great side character / semi regular !;) He was funny with his thick glasses always talking about his wife, Chloe !!! :):D
