From 1979 to 2001, the students of Eastland saw many headmasters over the years.
1979 we have Mr. Crocker (in the backdoor pilot Kimberly said he was the new headmaster, I assume he was hired that same year)
Summer 1979-Summer 1980 we have Mr. Bradley
Summer 1980-Summer 1981 we have Mr. Harris
Summer 1981-? we have Mr. Parker (we know he was the principal at least until 1984)
?-Spring 1988 we have Mr. Morehead (I wonder why they didn't ask Roger Perry to come back for a guest appearence)
Spring 1988-? Blair Warner, many years later she sold it
2001- Mr. Parker again (?). They mentioned him in Reunion

The characters on the show never explained to us the reasons of their departure. 7 headmasters (from what we know) in 22 years, it sure wasn't a good thing for a prestigious school like Eastland

In the scene at Eastland, they were mentioning him in the past tense, not like he was currently a headmaster.

Well, Mr. Morehead gives us his reason: "Now it's someone else's turn to deal with all the headaches."

it sure wasn't a good thing for a prestigious school like Eastland

Yeah, I've mentioned this. They even had four headmasters in the space of four years. That's crazy!

4 headmasters in 4 years would have many parents concerned why that is so. Headmaster misconduct or they were just incompetent with the finances and money the parents pay in tuition.

Well, Mr. Crocker was clearly insane. Mr. Bradley probably went back to headmastering at a boys' school, where he was clearly more comfortable. Mr. Parker seems to have a long stay at Eastland, at least in comparison to his three predecessors. Mr. Morehead also seems to have stayed a while, although he says he had started off teaching part-time 25 years earlier before being elevated to headmaster.

One thing I want to point out is that nearly every headmaster had a different office. Mr. Morehouse's office is even in the building formerly used for the Tiny Cafeteria!

I think Mr. Bradley was fired. He was way too obsessed with those seven girls. Somebody probably complained.

Not to mention his actions in Running got two girls in a fist fight and left a third with a black eye.
