Don’t know why they call that episode that as it’s more about Howard and his bachelor party. Call it Bachelor Bash. Anyway I’ve seen this many times and never noticed the guy’s head right in the scene. Just before Goober arrives at the house for the ‘Wild’ party Howard goes to the door and just before Goober walks through the dangling beads you see the shadow of a man’s head. Has it been mentioned before?

This was one episode where I thought that Helen was a good sport.

And Emmett singlehandedly saved the party.

"The Wedding" episode refers to Howard's mother getting married and leaving Mayberry. Howard's bachelor pad now. One of the great color episodes. Goober & Howard striking out with the fairer sex is pretty funny.

It was hilarious for sure. Howard was finally able to come out of his shell without his mom constantly being around.

Yes, this is one of the best color episodes. On Mayberry RFD they "sort of" recycled it, and had him move off to a singles apt. in Mount Pilot. Maybe a backdoor pilot??? It was one of the last episodes.

I never saw that one.

I haven't seen this one in awhile; wasn't Emmett there after he complained about not being invited? Howard didn't want him there because he was too old??
