In the 1970's Post Grape Nuts began a series of commercials with the late author Euell Gibbons to promote the cereal. Now for those of you who aren't familar with Euell Gibbons he was a nature expert on anything in the great outdoors and wrote the book Stalking The Good Life. With Euell Gibbons as spokesman it's no wonder that Grape Nuts sold huge in the 70's and Euell Gibbons introduced the new Grape Nuts slogan "Grape Nuts is the back to nature cereal. I liked his commercials for Grape Nuts. Although I like Grape Nut Flakes much better than Grape Nuts.
