Yesterday my mom was gonna get an Egg McMuffin from McDonalds for breakfast but when she tried to get one McDonalds told her they had stopped selling breakfast and I can't figure out why they did this? Could this be due to the Coronavirus or is McDonalds going to sell breakfast through Doordash and Grubhub. I don't recall hearing about this until my mom told me about it

Maybe because of the pandemic or could have something to do with the George Floyd protests , maybe on a limited menu afraid they might have to close up / board up the place soon so it wouldn't get looted ? It was more than likely that individual location. Even though they are all supposed to have breakfast all day, sometimes when they run out during lunch they tell you they aren't selling it anymore that day. It probably has to do with them being short-staffed due to the pandemic.

Ya know what is really good and doesn't really seem like or taste like a fast food burger? Jack in the box's "Jumbo Jack"!:) I get those without cheese and it really doesn't seem that unhealthy. It seems more like a non chain/fast food burger joint or diner burger!! Burger isn't greasy, lots of lettuce and tomato in it! ;) But again still that is once in a blue moon even, cause than I will want onion rings with it and there ya go!! Sounds better. I'd make it with egg whites and since I'm a vegetarian, I'd replace the meat with some tomatoes. I'm not a vegan, so I'd keep the cheese. So it would be the vegetarian egg mcmuffin! I've made them for myself plenty of times. Very low in cholesterol and meatless, much healthier!

McDonald's is OK for cheeseburgers and fries, sometimes I'll get a Quarter Pounder with cheese instead of the regular cheeseburger. But their food isn't as tasty as it used to be, it was better years ago. McDonald's was awesome back in the 70's and 80's, maybe the 90's too, but now they're just an average burger joint.

Haven’t had red meat for over 15 years now, though I do eat poultry and fish. I’d eat more veggie entree but most are high in carbs- which is bad for me.

McDonald's did ditch the transfat a few years ago...I just add salt and pepper on my Big Mac when I have one of those....

I use doordash, but never for McDonalds. I use it for the Mexican restaurant, the pizza parlor, the diner or the Chinese place that finally reopened for delivery and the Handy Pantry. I signed up for free delivery. It costs 9.99 per month, but it's worth it for me since I do a lot of ordering.
