While doing some commercial research one commercial fact that I always wanted to know is when "Come on in to Downy" became a slogan for Downy? I know that it debuted in 1988 and I wanted to know the history behind it? Did Downy hope it would sell more and attract a new audience by using a new at the time slogan in their commercials?
