As soon as Wally slammed that balled up letter he wrote to Kitty into the wastebasket, I knew June would be looking around the room and go through the trash. Sure enough in the next scene Ward is reading the crumpled letter that June scored. June get a life.

She went too far as usual. And if she's going to rummage thru trash, she should handle it herself. Go to Wally and ask what it's all about.

Yup June should have gotten a job at the local FBI branch office in Mayfield.

She came into that bedroom (after Mr. Jeff left) and immediately her detective skills went into overdrive. She was into that bathroom with her magnifying glass faster than a fly on flypaper. Then she immediately found the old clothes.

Sherlock and James B. could take some lessons from her!

Love how Wally knew exactly what the vagrant had taken out of Ward’s closet like he was Ward’s gentleman’s gentleman. His inventory of what was missing was strange, his gray suit and brown shoes.

Fred wouldn’t like seeing a gray suit with brown shoes like Lumpy said in All Night Party. Some girl’s father was wearing brown shoes so he couldn’t ask her to the party.

Beaver was naive and his brain wasn't fully engaged. He told Mr. Jeff he wasn't allowed to let in a stranger but he did it anyway. A little food, no harm done, but then letting him upstairs, unsupervised? Approx. 13 years old, get some sense, kid!

Also Ward didn't seem nearly as upset about these missing clothes as the ones in The Clothing Drive.

some of these eps are SOOOO unwatchable for me now...The writing is just AWFUL, and I can't believe it was never questioned....Beaver is too old to act so inept and stupid, and Wally's "flip" attitude when trying to talk/explain things to his parents just work my very last nerve..

Beaver actually says Mr. Jeff can use his parents’ bathroom as his bathroom is too messy for company. Company??? Look how the guy left that bathroom and then just buggered out. I’m really surprised that Wally and Beaver didn’t hear him leave the house it would take him quite a while to get dried and find the right clothes. He should have just taken a pair of casual pants and shirt.

Yeah I'd hardly call Mr. Jeff company. Like I said before he should not even have let him go upstairs.

Imagine letting a tramp use his parents’ bathroom. Of course he didn’t know he was gonna park himself in the tub. He got rather cocky in that tub the way he lied to Beaver about just freshening up. I guess Beaver decided to use Ward’s advice about being unselfish on the wrong guy. Loved when Gilbert said “Golly Beaver a bum!” Or should we say financially challenged. Golly Beaver an unfortunate homeless brother!

Older Gilbert isn't as annoying as slightly younger Gilbert. His lines were pretty funny in this one, and the woman of the world comment in the Marlene episode. Actually the writing for that character was pretty good in all of season 6.

Speaking of June snooping, in Wally’s Fraternity Beaver and June are on the sofa with yarn and Wally and Eddie want to talk to Ward. Beaver wants to listen and June says “no it’s none of his business.” Huh? June always wants to know what’s going on.

Wally was always 'borrowing' is dad's clothes (socks, shirt, etc) so not surprising he would know what his dad had and didn't have in his drawers.
