"I don't think it should be done if I'm being honest," he said on The Tonight Show. "I think there's a huge potential to kind of demolish that perfect little golden memory of a program if you go back and you revive it." The Riverdale star also admitted he's "not the biggest fan of the sequel and the spinoff thing."

How would it work anyway? Would one of the twins just be the parent, and have his own Zack and Cody-like children or something?
I agree that it doesn't need a revival. The Sprouse twins aren't children anymore, and I don't think they can really be replaced.

If he's referring to ...On Deck, I totally agree. It's got some funny slapstick, but the whole concept reeked. He may be referring to the current idea, though.

I think they'd just bring in some new actors and re-do the whole concept. To me the hardest thing would be re-creating London.

Cole Sprouse appeared on Tuesday’s episode of ‘The Drew Barrymore Show’ and revealed why he’s not down for a ‘Suite Life of Zack & Cody’ reboot. Cole and his twin brother, Dylan Sprouse, starred in the hit Disney show and, later, ‘The Suite Life on Deck,’ from 2005 to 2011. When ET chatted with the ‘Riverdale’ star in 2019, the 25-year-old actor said he wouldn’t be down for a ‘Friends’ reboot either. However, during his chat with Drew, Cole opened up about having a major crush on Jennifer Aniston while filming the hit sitcom.

Can anybody back me up on this? I heard (https://ew.com/article/2013/05/29/dylan-sprouse-suite-life-on-walking-away-video/) that Disney offered Cole and Dylan a second spin off right after The Suite life on Deck. They presented Disney with an idea (https://www.digitalspy.com/tv/ustv/a485576/suite-life-dylan-sprouse-explains-disney-exit-they-took-our-idea/) that they turned down and then later called them back to pitch their same idea (https://www.usmagazine.com/entertainment/news/dylan-sprouse-explains-why-he-left-disney-channel-2013315/) to them with a few tweaks. They said they laughed their way out of the office and never fooled with Disney again.
