ABC is airing a tribute tonight from 8-10PM eastern time for Garry Marshall, creator of the Happy Days franchise and Angie. He was also a good actor, had a recurring role as network president Stan Lansing on Murphy Brown.

A lot of the special was good. But I was disappointed Murphy Brown wasn't mentioned at all. While Garry Marshall did a ton of good creating, directing, and finding stars, it would have been nice to have his acting included as well. It's not like former ABC competitor Murphy Brown is a current show any more, giving that a segment instead of the fluff part after the LONG Pretty Woman segment wouldn't be advertising the current lineup of CBS.
I was going to watch this last night, but there was a commercial break when turning to it.

I was amazed at 91-year-old Marion Ross, looking 15 years younger than her age and still mentally on top of her game.

I missed the first hour -- didn't know it was on.
I would rather have had two documentaries -- one devoted to his TV work and another devoted to his film work.
