Avatar: The Last Airbender on Netflix now is in HD (all three seasons), that was used on Blu-Ray. Nick started airing in SD then later on after remastering on netflix... uses in HD.

Also Drake and Josh some of season 4 episodes are produced in HD, but never aired in HD at all. Nick had or used to air all episodes in SD, same currently with TeenNick
