A few points how this wasn’t well written.

First why would Ward and Fred wear suits on Saturday when they were the only ones there and no clients.

How could Ward squeeze the car in the garage and drive it out next day for work when the whole garage had stuff around. He would have had to put all the boards and stuff to the side. Next day after work it’s in the same state as the first night.

Ward should know not to drive his car into a garage with building materials and nails.

June tells Ward that Gwen said they are busy Thursday night. How could anyone invite the Rutherfords anywhere as Fred is a buffoon. Also why did Ward mention a cage for chinchillas to Fred when we never saw one.

If Ward couldn’t stand Fred’s singing as he worked why would he be singing coming in the house.

Why didn’t June ever check on the boys all day?

When the boys let go of the tire and it went across the street why did that third car have to screech to a halt. The other two cars were already stopped.

Nit picking maybe. Once Ward came home and the phone was off the hook. He just hung it up. This time he said hello.

One more point. From the outside the Cleaver house has a huge picture window in the front in the den. However when they are in the den the picture window is on the side of the house.

This was an episode about self esteem but not well done.

Another thing I thought of is that with Richard's jacket the rope was going up at the kitchen window over the sink. I think they were using the bathroom window that time so what window would have been used for Larry's suitcase? Is there a window behind the desk in the boys' room?

This is an episode that is slightly short on the DVD and i thought I saw an edit on MeTV. Another poster is also thinking they might have cut a scene involving the boys building the cages.

Those front windows not matching the exterior are problems. The second My Three Sons house has the same problem with a window to the left (from the exterior) of the front door.

I believe Wally is using the window behind the desk to have Beaver tie the rope to the suitcase. Beaver doesn’t wait for Wally to hoist it. The same window Beaver talks to Larry from when he’s punished for the baseball. I believe that window is the side of the house. The window with the Globe in front is the one looking out to the street. Wally is describing how Larry is getting into the car. I wonder how Beaver was able to get back upstairs and not be seen since Ward is in the den with Mrs. M and June is in the kitchen. When Beaver comes into the bedroom Ward is already there.

Re how did so and so do this: same with the football banquet episode. How did Ward get Beaver's jacket and tie to the car beyond anyone's sight?

If we didn’t see Beaver leave after tying the suitcase we could say he jumped on the suitcase and took a ride but then Mrs. M would have said ‘it’s Larry’s suitcase and it’s going up in the air with Beaver.’
