Yeah, but she really lost her temper in season 3, Give and Take. I still remember her exact words "The world does not revolve around you. Believe me or not, when you leave a room, life goes on"

She lost her temper on the New Girl when she bailed the girls out of jail.

But in "Give and Take" she says that without raising her voice. Yes, the first time she yells at one of her girls is "Molly's Holiday", which was the 5th episode taped.
