Another METV tv series star. I love the 1950-1970's stars and all are passing on. I hope Tom didn't suffer much.

Oh wow!! I loved Eb!! He was so funny! :) A great character on Green Acres ! Sad to hear of his passing ! :( May he RIP !!


It's kind of a coincidence ! Yesterday and this morning , I was really thinking of ordering the Green Acres full series DVD's ! I was even checking around on line earlier for it !!;)

Rest in peace Tom. I always enjoyed his acting on Green Acres and how he would call Oliver "Dad". He was so funny as Eb.

He was one of my favorite characters on the show.

Eb was awesome !! ;)And from all I ever read or heard about Tom Lester was a really good man , very much a down to earth, wholesome country guy !! :)

I remember seeing him on an episode of Marcus Welby, playing the same type of character as Eb , only in a dramatic version ! He and his family came from a rural area to the big city for work and his child got really sick ! It was a long time ago I saw it, so that is all I really remember ! But I remember thinking how cool it was to see Tom Lester on Marcus Welby, and he was really good in the role !!;)

He was hilarious on Green Acres

I really liked Eb. Tom Lester seemed like a very nice man. RIP.
