Yep! That's why Lindsay was able to wear Molly Parker's tracksuit to Eastland!

I am surprised that a 30 year old woman can fit into a outfit used by a 12 year old girl (I mean woman). Granted Molly was tall for a 12 year old.

Well, it would be entirely different for a guy: we keep growing after age 12. But by the time a girl is 13, she is unlikely to grow much more than two inches in height. (https://www.healthline.com/health/when-do-girls-stop-growing#median-height) So Molly's height, at age 12, was about the height of a small woman. Lindsay is obviously quite petite, and Mikey clearly towers over her. I was very glad she could fit in it, because that video was hilarious, her walking around the "Eastland campus" in Molly's tracksuit!

I think Molly grew even more than two inches after she was 13. She looked more than two inches taller in the John Hughes movies than she did in the Tempest which was done when she was 13 years old. I think Molly grew the tallest of the Elite Eight. Even taller than Felice.

And I think the track suit had the name "Molly" embroidered into it according to the description on the original link. The students walking around that day probably didn't even know that their campus was used for the first season of the Facts of Life and thought Lindsey's name was Molly.

The items were sold together, as one lot, so it's likely Mikey the Fanboy still has them.

Who was the person that had all those late 70's scrapbook photos of Lisa from the late 70's on auction. The one of her and Julie Pie at Denney's was included along with one of her and Brooke Shields.

I don't know, but it might have been Karen Gonsoski (KG-T), who was very much involved in the FOL Fan Club, with Lisa's grandmother in Texas, who took some of the 1992 NMMC reunion photos, and who ran a NMMC website up until about ten years ago. I can't imagine a better source for original photos, unless we count Julie Pie, the official FOL Historian, whose scrapbooks apparently rival the archives of the Getty Collection.

Thanks for the reply. You could tell those photos were from a personal scrapbook collection and very rare. Does Julie Pie also have copies of the Denny's pics ?

It's interesting when you see photos from the first season behind the scenes that Julie Anne and Molly seem to not hang out all that much with the other girls.

I don't know what all is in Julie Pie's scrapbooks, but it seems likely to me that many of the Denny's photos came from her collection. We did get a brief shot of a couple of scrapbooks as well as several magazines, from the Julie Piekarski Probst - Muny Dancer to Mousketeer (2019) (https://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showthread.php?t=383478) video, but obviously that trunk is chock-full of stuff from her career. When she opened the trunk, it was filled to the very top. That would have been hundreds of items. (I hope it included an Eastland uniform!)

We definitely got many more photos of Molly and Julie Anne with "the girls" than we have gotten at any time in the past, in the Reelz documentary. And we always had the photo of Julie Anne at Felice's 18th, with Mindy and Lisa (and Melissa Gilbert, who had worked with Julie Anne on LHOTP).

Maybe so. I don't know. If we had it, I can maybe imagine taking a full week to pore over the items. It looked as though there were several binders, multiple folders, and a huge number of loose items. Articles, photos, and... other stuff. One thing I didn't see were Julie's DVDs, which I guess she must keep elsewhere.

This is true. And coincidental. Just before I read your post, I was thinking, "Wellllll, maybe not if we wanted to take our time"...

And I think we would!

It might seem hard to at first, but it really would take time to pore over every absolute detail of every FOL item in that trunk (which is of course what we would do).

I think it would be hard to resist going quickly, though.

It's funny because I think I remember Lisa saying that she kept little from that era. And yet, her grandmother was involved in the FOL/NMMC fanclub, and must have saved clippings and such. Yet Julie's the one with the big trunk of memorabilia.
