I have a HUGE problem. The IRS stated that the Stimulus Check will be direct deposited on bank Accounts that received 2018 and 2019 Tax Refund....:/ That would be GREAT NEWS for me, except.... The Bank Accounts I used in 2018 and 2019 are now both CLOSED. When I filed in 2018 and 2019, there was no Coronavirus to worry about, so there was absolutely no Countrywide Stimulus Checks being issued. I'm SCREWED! :/ :(

You are not screwed, delayed - yes, screwed - no.
For you and anyone else that has not received a direct deposit payment. Please go to this website and read the info on this site to make sure you do everything right. Then click on "GET MY PAYMENT" to update your Bank Account Info or Mailing Address.

I've seen a lot of people panicking about this for no reason. Bottom line--if you're entitled to a stimulus and you don't have a valid direct deposit on file with the IRS, you will get a paper check.

I haven't spent much money this month so when I did check my bank account I noticed I got the $1,200. It came so fast. Now to think what to use it for.
