Has anyone done this? Here is a webpage of different sites in the Cleveland area for grocery delivery that you can look into. I'm not sure what fees are involved. https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1AOHY_enUS711US711&sxsrf=ALeKk01INaL4Zhg8sKX6FWwGVVlrfSlYUg%3A1586458632447&ei=CHCPXqfvGpaPtAbWgbugCA&q=grocery+delivery+cleveland&oq=ohio+online+grocery+shopping+in+cleveland+ohio&gs_lcp=CgZwc3ktYWIQARgAMgQIABBHMgQIABBHMgQIABBHMgQIABBHMgQIABBHMgQIABBHMgQIABBHMgQIABBHSgkIFxIFMTItNzJKCAgYEgQxMi0yUABYAGCfzAFoAHACeACAAQCIAQCSAQCYAQCqAQdnd3Mtd2l6&sclient=psy-ab Schmoopie 04-23-2020, 01:20 AM I've gotten to where I hate going to the store and it used to not bother me. It was a nice distraction from being at home alone. I kept thinking today that I should go and buy some more food so I'll have something different to eat but then I dread it. I have tried ordering stuff online (just checking to see if I could do it) and Costco says they're running weeks behind and another site said that they don't have availability for me to even drive to the store and have them bring the stuff out to me. I want to try it at least once just to see what it's like because it could be a nice way to shop and make it easier for me. I’m fortunate, at least one way, that I’m a senior and can shop the special senior hours. I wear my mask, gloves, carry disinfectant and get there the minute the store opens with my list, get everything as quickly as possible And get the hell out of there. Then there’s the washing and disinfecting at home for the stuff and my person. But if I buy a lot at one (esp canned goods, nuts, crackers) I don’t have to go out more tgan once every two weeks. My sister had to do the shopping then, and I can tell you that she wasn't happy about it. :( |
