Here's some sad news in the music world to share with everyone. Singer John Prine passed away yesterday and was a popular star throughout the 70's 80's 90's and the 2000's. He was best known for the song Hello In There which was covered by Bette Midler and went on to become a huge celebrity as both a singer and a songwriter. He also did duets with folksinger Iris DeMent and he sang the song In Spite Of Ourselves from the album of the same name. His other best known song was Quit Hollering At Me which is a very funny song with silly lyrics. To honor John Prine I suggest you get an MP3 of one of his songs and you'll see for yourself what amazing magic John Prine put in his music
