View Full Version : Last night's episode was great! Season's not over right?
SitcomsHeydayfan 04-06-2020, 02:02 AM This is the funniest current sitcom I've seen in well over a DECADE! This is only the 3rd episode of LMS I've seen and it was by far the funniest!
Tim Allen said "she went from our exchange student to a kid we STOLE"!
Hope the season isn't over!
Chocolate Moose 04-06-2020, 11:28 AM they are trying really hard. lots of great things about the show!

I know. But what I'm asking is they filmed more episodes for this season right?
Heenan Fan 04-07-2020, 09:59 AM This week's show will be a new episode titled "Garage Band", followed by a rerun titled "Bedtime Story" from 1/23/20.
4/16/20 is also a new episode titled "The Big LeBaxter". Followed by a rerun titled "Romancing The Stone" from 1/30/20.
So at least two more original episodes left.

JO Sweet Heart 04-14-2020, 11:26 AM This Thursday's episode is the 19th installment. Last season has 22 all together. Hopefully what hasn't been filmed will be put out there even if we do have to wait for it.
God bless you always!!!
Holly
P.S. The big question is, when will TV shows that have not wrapped up already be able to pick up where ever they left off?

Social distancing is easier on a Hollywood set because it's not like the general public is allowed where the actors are. Now things will change in the audience but that's happening all over the WORLD!
Heenan Fan 04-16-2020, 10:43 PM Tanks!
You're welcome SitcomsHeydayfan. I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you. :wave:Just confirmed for 4/23, another original episode titled "Extrasensory Decption".

Great!
Last night's episode was pretty good but no Leno. They had Bill Engvall or whatever his name is.
JO Sweet Heart 04-18-2020, 05:29 PM ^^^ You got his name right.
God bless you and him always!!!
Holly
P.S. So has anything been said yet about when the current season will end? Is it going to have an early ending or will the planned finale still happen once filming is allowed to resume?
Heenan Fan 04-20-2020, 06:13 AM The 4/30 episode is also an original, titled "How You Like Them Pancakes?" How many episodes is this now, 20? I'm fearing they won't be able to produce a season finale. Hell, it might even be the series finale.
Heenan Fan 04-20-2020, 06:28 AM 'Last Man Standing’ Joins List Of Shows Shut Down Over Coronavirus!!

"Fox’s Tim Allen comedy Last Man Standing had been a last man standing among the broadcast series currently in production, hoping to wrap its eighth season amid the escalating coronavirus crisis. With two production days left, including the season finale taping on Tuesday, March 17, the studio behind the multi-camera comedy, DTS’ 20th Century Fox TV, on Sunday afternoon opted to suspend production. The sitcom had already decided to forego live audience for the finale.
Other series in a similar situation, including CBS sitcom The Neighborhood, which also was supposed to tape its season finale Tuesday night without audience before scrapping the plans on Friday, and NBC single-camera comedy Superstore, which also had only the season finale left, are shutting down for the season, with no plans to return and film the finales when the coronavirus threat subsides."
This means no season (and possibly series) finale for LMS!

But ALL shows are shutdown. No sitcoms are making new episodes unless it's some obscure Hulu/Netflix crap that I don't watch but I'm pretty sure they're shut down too!

Good!
But it better not be a series finale because I just started watching this show!
