GEORGE CLOONEY started as a 'lousy' actor (he said it himself in one TV interview i saw once about Hollywood stars ) back in the 80 s, but by the 90 s he'd improved quite a lot, and you see the result on the beloved medical sitcom 'ER'....

Very true. But I'd actually prefer that to never seeing a character again. Better continuity.
