I've been viewing the Barnaby Jones reruns on METV, they are up to season 7 episode 1, the episode titled "Blind Jeopardy" originally aired in September of 1978, with Betty Lynn playing Barnaby's client. This is Betty's final credit of the 1970's and in fact her final IMD credit until Return To Mayberry. To the best my knowledge this is also her final credit that isn't somehow related to The Andy Griffith Show. After the reunion film, she appeared in four episodes of Matlock, one of the episodes carried the title "The Don", and the off-network TV series, "Shades of L.A". This series ran during the 1990-91 season, the episode Betty appeared in titled "Some Like It Cold" was directed by legendary Andy Griffith Show director Bob Sweeney.
