Besides obviously, what The CW has aired since the fall of 2006 onward. For example, it's easy to assume that the subsequent Star Trek series to come after Enterprise (Discovery and Picard) would've naturally aired on UPN instead of CBS All Access.

they could've aired a few shows that were canceled by ABC, CBS, NBC & FOX(and also in syndication) since 2013 along with the ones that POPTV, CBSAllAccess and the CW all currently airs

Would've made a great home for either IMPACT, ROH, AEW or NJPW.

I don't know what shows UPN or WB Network would air today, but I know they would all mostly suck.

I don't think it would be much different than what the CW is currently airing.
UPN would mostly air wrestling, some urban comedies and a few low-brow action series. WB would still be rolling out a string of supernatural or superhero dramas and teen soap operas with the occasional comedy thrown in.
