I never see posts on this channel and stumbled on it today for the first time. I never saw it on my TV before today so I guess it must be new for my area?

Anyway, when I found it The Patty Duke Show was playing and I squealed with delight because I missed it ever since Antenna TV dropped it. I looked at their schedule online and see they play 2 episodes daily at 4pm and i'm so happy to be able to watch it again!! Just thought i'd share if there are any Patty Duke fans out there. :)

They also have something called Movies That Matter with Roma Downey, which I'm really interested in.

I have seen LightTV myself a bunch of times and it's the channel founded by Touched By An Angel star Roma Downey and it shows some nice movies from time to time and they also show Green Acres and My Mother The Car and the 1995 version of Flipper as well. LightTV also has a weekend cartoon hour with Inspector Gadget reruns and some other cartoons featured as well. I think Roma Downey has put a great deal into making LightTV into a success because when you get the general picture besides the Odyssey Network there isn't any other family oriented channels with a Christian flair and LightTV will be just as successful as PAX TV hoped to be when it was launched in the 90's. But in time I think LightTV will change direction and will be like the Up Channel. But when you have a superstar like Roma Downey running LightTV you can guarantee that LightTV will be successful for awhile

I never saw the 1995 Flipper show before and liked it when I watched over the weekend. So i'll be tuning into that on the weekends and Patty Duke, Green Acres and Mr. Ed during the week. I'm really glad I stumbled upon this channel.

I just tried it and it plays perfectly on my phone. When you open the Light TV website, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the live video of the channel.

Well it seems Light TV repeats the 4:30pm episode of The Patty Duke Show from the previous day on the next day at 4:00PM. I never seen such a wacky schedule before. I thought it was some mistake but their schedule shows each day they replay the previous days episode again at 4 and 4:30pm will show the next episode....and then that one will replay tomorrow at 4! Makes no sense to me lol.

I have no idea but it seems deliberate since the schedule shows it that way as planned. And I was so happy to get a full hour of the show daily again, but i'll take it the way it is I guess as I love the show.

I think its ok channel!! i would have rather have comcast kepted antenna tV !! cause some shows i already seen or don't care to watch aging!! i m not found of watching movies on tv!! i just put in my blu rays or dvds ,if i watch movies!!

Yeah i'm not too crazy about the movies either. I prefer just the sitcoms and hour shows. If I want a movie I too prefer the unedited, commercial free dvd over watching it on television.

If your cable company dropped Antenna TV, is it possible to hook up a basic antenna to your tv and turn cable off and switch your tv to the antenna broadcast setting and it'll probably pick up the channel that way?

Well that was short lived! I switched over to Light TV at 4 for The Patty Duke Show and got a blank screen. UGH! I picked up the channel for a week and it goes away. I don't know if it's my tv or the station.
When I press INFO on my remote it still says LIGHT TV in the on screen box on the TV, so the TV is still saying the channel is Light TV....but it's just a black screen and saying "NO SIGNAL".
I'm really upset because I was really enjoying the 4-6 hours of Patty Duke & Mr. Ed. :(

EDIT: I tried doing a channel reset and got the channel back again. Yay.

Your Local station might had switch Broadcast Frequency and when you rescan you got the station back.

I never heard of that before. You'd think the would warn viewers before doing something like that. For the people who don't think to do the rescan, they would probably continue thinking the channel disappeared forever.

In addition to Patty Duke, Green Acres, and Mr. Ed - Light was running It's About Time and My Mother the Car today!

They used to air a vast library of shows from WildBrain (formerly DHX Media)...and now it's down to those four shows.
