Despite both characters being series regulars, there seemed to be little interaction between Endora and Larry yet during those rare times, they were always perfectly polite and even friendly towards one another.

I can't help but consider the irony Endora was the only adult regular character who addressed Larry as 'Mr. Tate' instead of Larry when she herself had the LEAST need to be deferential to him either as an employer, an elder or associate of Darren's. Even though it was by no mean a sidesplitter, I have to be impressed that the writers added that subtle dimension to Endora's character.

Samantha's relatives seem to like Larry for some reason. Serena was nice to him and most of the others if I remember right

You're right! All I can think of is that since they seemed to enjoy making Darren's life unpleasant, they may have admired Larry who did it without having to cast a spell.

I would have liked to see more interactions between Endora and Larry, I'm sure they would have had great and funny segments together. Too bad it didn't happen.

I always assumed the witches felt they were so far above mere mortal Larry Tate with all of his stereotyped self-absorbed mortal foibles, that they enjoyed toying with him as he would never catch on.
