Does anyone live somewhere that shows the 7th season opening theme in syndication? I'm not talking about the Apollo theater version but the original theme that was pulled off (the cast dancing in front of a mural). If you do, please tell me how it was different from the 8th season theme.

It aired here in Tampa. I have episodes with the mural from that season. Let's See....Bill was the same,Phylicia was too, Sabrina and Geoffrey had a little difference in their shots. Lisa and Joseph were featured dancing. There was a 2 shot repeat if Malcom hitting the floor. Tempest, Keisha and Raven were pretty much the same and Erika was escorted on by Bill and she laughed and did not dance. Towards the end of the song, Bill said
What the matter? Don't put your face in the mud, Pallie.
Just like "That's the best elevator music I've ever heard."
