It never snows in Mayfield and the Cleavers never go to the snow either. That is kind of odd. It rains a few times, but never snows. I wonder if Friends lake is high enough to get snow?

If not Friends Lake maybe Shadow Lake would get snow from Happy Weekend. It’s expensive enough to make it rain like in The Clubhouse and Paper Route so snow would be really costly.

That's a good point. They could have made some snow for the camping trip, but the scenery they used on the soundstage was probably pretty expensive, especially the "cliff."

If they'd had the budget a winter vacation to a ski lodge would have been interesting.

June would have stayed in the lodge with the lunch..
