I was watching this episode on ME TV. Does any one else feel it should have been an hour?

that's what I mean-if it was an hour they could have shown other staff members from THE ALAN BRADY SHOW also it would have looked like a real variety show.



B But t hen whenever it's rerun they'd probably make it 2 parts.

This episode is pretty far out there, it primarily gave Dick and Mary a chance to show off their many talents, but come on. Imagine the Carol Burnett Show presenting an episode where Carol, Vicki, Lyle, Harvey and Tim watch from the audience as the behind the scenes people perform for an hour. I wouldn't want to be a CBS executive when those overnight Nielsen numbers came in.

I read somewhere that they got the idea for this episode from the Perry Como specials where they would show the writers and their familys or something.
