Troubled Amanda Bynes was pictured engaging in serious discussions as she headed to court on Thursday.

The latest pictures come after it was reported claims the 33-year-old had fled her sober living facility amid fears she may be 'backsliding' into drugs.

The pink-haired actress looked concerned as she engaged in conversation outside, before heading inside, while smoking a cigarette.

There is currently thought to be a legal battle underway over the actress' conservatorship, according to The Blast (https://theblast.com/c/amanda-bynes-conservatorship-flees-sober-living-drugs-emergency-court-hearing).

The She's The Man actress 'bailed on her sober living facility' (https://www.lovebscott.com/amanda-bynes-checks-sober-living-facility-living-parents-shes-good-place) said the gossip site, and also 'dropped out of school'.

It is not clear where the former star is currently residing, say The Blast's sources.

Amanda was attending fashion design school, but 'dropped out' and isn't currently working, added the gossip site.

Their sources say her parents are worried she's 'backsliding' into drug use, after she previously admitted to narcotics abuse in a 2018 interview with Paper Magazine (https://www.papermag.com/amanda-bynes-break-the-internet-2621549455.html?rebelltitem=5#rebelltitem5).

'My advice to anyone who is struggling with substance abuse would be to be really careful because drugs can really take a hold of your life,' she said during her interview.

Bynes checked herself into a Los Angeles mental health facility after a 'stress-induced relapse' earlier this year as she was planning her Hollywood comeback.

The Blast reported at the time that her mother Lynn had stepped in to help with medical and financial issues.

However now they say Amanda is going back to court to try to have her mom removed as conservator and have 'a third party' put in charge instead.

The one-time Nickelodeon star opened up last year to Paper magazine that she eventually wants to return to show business in 'kind of the same way [she] did as a kid, which is with excitement and hope for the best.'

In the chat, Bynes said she began smoking marijuana at the age of 16, then 'progressed' to using molly, Adderall and cocaine, the latter of which she said she 'never got high' from.

'Everybody is different, obviously, but for me, the mixture of marijuana and whatever other drugs and sometimes drinking really messed up my brain ,' she said.
