Eventhough there was a wedding Kimball & Ralph never get married because Drucker's license was no longer good. In the next episode it's never even mentioned so we assume they never go through with an actual marriage?
It's a JOKE this marriage happened at all because Kimball insulted Ralph's looks in a previous episode and he clearly showed he wanted NOTHING to do with her!
But that's what happens when you get desperate for storylines. And obviously Green Acres is not the only show to be starving for storylines!

Hank Kimball was under the influence of medication when he proposed. He saw things differently when he came to.

I don't think they were desperate in this episode. It's imaginative and unusual for an unwilling man to be inadvertently drugged into proposing marriage to someone he dislikes. The entire series post-season 1 was predicated on imaginative and unusual.
I just finished watching all the episodes and Hank and Ralph are never officially married.
I haven't watched Return to Green Acres yet though. It would be a nice touch if they were married on that. Which I don't know, because I haven't seen it yet. But I'll try to fit it in during the next week.
