I had McDonald's for dinner today and I noticed that they have changed their french fries and I was wondering if anyone on here who eats McDonald's has noticed this? When I first got my french fries they were white colored instead of golden yellow and when you eat them it seems that they are covered in a lot of grease and when you taste the french fries they seem to have a weird taste and dipping them in ketchup does not help at all. And it makes me think that McDonald's is using a different type of cooking oil to make the french fries. I do know at one time McDonald's changed their Chicken McNuggets to all-white meat chicken nuggets so i'm wondering if McDonald's has a new french fry recipe?

Sounds like the french fries weren't cooked properly aka undone

McDonald's fries taste bland now compared to how they used to be. Burger King fries are way better than McDonald's.

The McDonald's Fries may only tastes different because of what they're fried in...and it's a certain type of oil...I'm sure you can get them double-fried...but that may take longer....

They used to cook them in beef tallow, but that was many years ago.
