Seems kind of interesting how if he did have a drinking problem from the beginning and her sister marries this not so kind Fred Sanford.

I've known Christian women who were married to atheists. Weird stuff like that happens sometimes.

Maybe Esther didn't become a Christian until after she married Woody.

Maybe Esther married Woodrow to try to 'save' him- by no means unheard of re Christian women!

Probably and I don't know if her sister's marriage to Fred came first or later but if it was first them why put yourself more stress?
