One of the first things I noticed here was the logo. It's a bit sloppy (no offense to whoever made it.) I designed all the logos on my site, and do photoshop work for other people. So, I decided to make a logo for you guys. If you use it, cool! If not, that's alright. Seeing blurred/choppy logos is a pet peeve of mine. :)

That is AWESOME! What program did you use? I used Serif Draw for all the stuff I did, but my trial ran out, and I'm not about to pay 87 dollars for the whole program

Also, if anyone has suggestions on how that image can be improved, let me know.

I used two programs. First I used ArcSoft 2000 to make the words and paste on the smilies. Then, I copied the image and brought it to Photoshop 6 to sharpen it a bit. For some reason the image looks crisper when it's saved in Photoshop, rather than ArcSoft.

You should take off the smilies and add like topics that we talk about on the board. Also put a background color (orange would be cool!)

ACtually I kind of like the current one. It might need sharpened a bit or something, but I like the little bracket thingies and the talking heads. If you look at them, the two heads are even displaying 2 different emotions, which is kind of cool. WHen I first came here I wasn't in love with it either, but it has grown on me!

That's cute I hope TJ changes it the one we have is getting old I've been looking at that since March of 2001 it gets old lol.

You should add a background color! Orange and blue are complamentary colors. They look good together.

For the record, I did not make the Chit Chat logo and don't know who did. I remember searching Google for chitchat.gif and it was one of the first ones to come up.

Krystal, thanks for the effort. I like it at the same time I like the current one. I like the font of the logo but I don't know about the smilies.

But then again I really don't visit the boards that often since I can read the messages in my email, so I should base it on what the people who actually visit the boards want.
