From what I've gathered, That's So Raven only got individual themed DVDs (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/That%27s_So_Raven#Volume_releases), while Lizzie McGuire's (https://disney.fandom.com/wiki/Lizzie_McGuire_videography) Season 1 DVD (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lizzie_McGuire#DVD_releases) bombed.

But it was only Hannah Montana that got a complete series box set.
