I also like The Ghost Of A. Chantz where they spend the weekend in a cabin with spooky goings on.

I like the Home Improvement episode The Haunting of Taylor House where they have a haunted house in their basement.
Most all the Roseanne Halloween episodes were cool.
I loved the Growing Pains Halloween episode from the last season. They all told ghost stories and acted them out. It was pretty awesome.
Frasier had some pretty good Halloween episodes. They didn't have a lot but the ones they had were good.
