In addition to making household products such as Tide Downy and Mr. Clean Procter And Gamble also tried it's hand at producing sitcoms soap operas and game shows and dramas with Procter And Gamble Productions and was very successful in the 50's 60's 70's 80's and 90's but what Procter And Gamble Productions was known for producing soap operas such as As The World Turns Guiding Light and Another World. In the 80's and 90's Procter And Gamble Productions continued to be successful by becoming number one in TV and even expanded to produce Spanish language soap operas and shows. Although they had different logos throughout it's operation the best known logo is the classic extended blue logo with the amazing music that came later after the short version of the logo appeared. I wonder if WGBH Boston ever filed a lawsuit with Procter And Gamble Productions for copying the logo? Today Procter And Gamble Productions is defunct but Procter And Gamble is still making household products that are successful
