Ron Ron 10-25-2019, 01:26 PM Can't wait! Great news!! JO Sweet Heart 10-28-2019, 05:54 PM Thanks for the awesome news! To me, the day can't get here fast enough! God bless you always!!! Holly Bachu 10-29-2019, 01:56 PM https://www.wbshop.com/products/step-by-step-the-complete-fifth-season-mod Susane82 10-29-2019, 05:44 PM Yay! I hope it'll be available in the UK. JO Sweet Heart 11-02-2019, 12:53 PM I hope that Wal-Mart is on time with getting it on the shelf. I just checked their website and couldn't find anything about it. God bless you always!!! Holly Bachu 11-02-2019, 03:56 PM I thought being MOD that you could only buy it online? I need to put my order in. I hope 2020 sees the final two seasons being released. I think as soon as I hear that season 6 is due to be released I will start a rewatch of seasons 1&2 and then start a watch of season 3 onwards for the first time. Bachu 11-09-2019, 06:43 AM Has anyone got this yet? Are episodes full screen? Are bumpers included? Thanks in advance. JO Sweet Heart 11-09-2019, 03:27 PM ^^^ I am still waiting on my copy. Its coming from the wbshop.com website because that was the only place that still had any copies. The Best Buy and Target websites were all sold out and I never once saw it at the Wal-Mart and Amazon websites. My order was placed on Wednesday night. God bless you always!!! Holly JO Sweet Heart 11-17-2019, 09:30 AM Has anyone got this yet? Are episodes full screen? Are bumpers included? Thanks in advance. I got my copy a few days ago and I started watching it last night. The episodes are full screen, but so far I have not seen any bumpers if you are meaning the little clips where we hear a cast member say something like, "More of the show is coming up next!" So far, I have not seen anything like that yet. God bless you always!!! Holly Susane82 11-17-2019, 09:36 AM Do the episodes include the post credit scenes? Bachu 11-17-2019, 11:20 AM I got my copy a few days ago and I started watching it last night. So far, I have not seen anything like that yet. God bless you always!!! Holly Thank you for your reply. Good that they are full screen. Shame about the stay tuned bumpers. I assume they had them on season 5 when it originally aired but so long as episodes are uncut, that is the main thing. JO Sweet Heart 11-17-2019, 03:52 PM Do the episodes include the post credit scenes? So far yes. As of right now, I've gotten through the first five episodes. God bless you always!!! Holly Susane82 11-17-2019, 05:55 PM So far yes. As of right now, I've gotten through the first five episodes. God bless you always!!! Holly That's good. I hope they'll release them in a region free format at some point like they did for the previous DVD's as I don't have a region 1 player. JO Sweet Heart 11-18-2019, 07:41 PM It was good to see the Midnight Caller episode again when J.T. and Dana are able to keep a kid away from thoughts of suicide though in my opinion, what they failed to say to him was that a good way to get what he had started losing, his dad's attention that is, was to be welcoming and helpful to his new step siblings, especially if he was going to be the oldest child in the house. Maybe if he showed the good that he had inside himself, maybe he would then see whatever good was in his new family members. God bless you always!!! Holly P.S. Being that kind of person most definitely would've scored him more privileges. If I remember right, he told J.T. and Dana that he is 16 which of course is when a person can get their drivers license. :) :) :) Lorimar Television 11-19-2019, 07:43 PM Do all the eps use the full 1 min theme that starts with the rollercoaster coming down the track? JO Sweet Heart 11-19-2019, 09:01 PM ^^^ The first few show the car driving up and everyone getting out of it. Later, the first thing shown is the roller coaster making its drop. God bless you always!!! Holly JO Sweet Heart 11-22-2019, 05:10 PM I finished the DVD last night. The Walt Disney episodes have the only included bumpers and J.T. and Karen do them. May season six not be far away. My reason for wanting it? Actor Bronson Pinchot as Jean-Luc the hairdresser, I love him SO much!!! :) :) :) God bless you and him always!!! Holly Lorimar Television 11-22-2019, 11:06 PM I finished the DVD last night. Holly Interesting! What do they say on the bumpers? JO Sweet Heart 11-23-2019, 12:16 PM ^^^ I forget what Karen says, but J.T. goes first and after saying that more Step By Step is coming, he says, "I love this show." :) :) :) God bless you and the cast always!!! Holly Bachu 05-17-2020, 04:10 AM For season 5 I see this season has the same issue as early seasons where we get a 4:3 image framed with black bars either side in a 16:9 presentation. This means that only season 4 was released in a 4:3 format with no black bars at the side. Bachu 08-01-2020, 01:26 PM I started season 5 this wekk. Enjoying it so far. It feels like Mark and Brandon have grown and that both have had their voices crack. Dana has a new hairstyle. The characters are still generally all a little one note though still fun to watch. Bachu 08-31-2020, 12:53 PM Funny; two episodes this season have noted how one dimensional Karen and Mark are. Carol commented that Mark has grown from being a one dimensional character while Karen noted that she is one dimensional. Cody has now gone. Flash is a little too in your face for my liking. With such a big cast and JTs friend appearing almost every week I do not think that they needed him. It is interesting that the Disney episodes feature no remastering. It looks like almost all of it was shot on video tape. To imagine how poor this show would look with no remastering, just look at the Disney episodes. Thank goodness the show was not recorded on video tape though having said that, I have seen shows recorded on VT look much better than what is offered here. Bachu 08-31-2020, 03:02 PM Flashs' voice reminds me of the voice of Michael J Fox when he spoke with a high pitch. The two part Disney episode with the storyline with Flash was really written for Cody wasn't it? You could just imagine him doing everything Flash did. |
