Few years ago i watched a reRun of that colorado springs detective show. It had a case of a transgender man to woman who got murdered by her ex bf. This made me think of um and its old school segments from 80s n 90s! Society has changed esp since 2002. Will there be new types of 'sex-related murdered and missing people' compared to the murder or missing cases of UM from long ago? If so, examples? I think we will see a few transgender unexplained death' segments on netflix. Probably other cases with gays and lesbian since usa is more accepting today.

The original UM featured LGBT homicides. I don't see much changing between then and now. Other than despite it being the 80s and 90s UM being more respectful and open minded than you'd expect for that era, more so then you'd see today on certain media outlets, and it was nice to see.
