I have noticed that Antenna TV's version of the episode "The Raffel" has the two scenes of Dennis using the Ouija board cut out. When I watch the episode I could have sworn I remembered the scenes and finally proved myself right when I saw the DVD version. Does anybody know why they had to cut the scenes out? Did somebody complain that the Ouija board is satanic? Am I the only one who cares? Haha:confused:

Instead of watching the episodes on Antenna, I watch them on DVD the same day. Therefore I didn't know about the cut.

I'm only guessing, but there are all kinds of things people complain about on old episodes. Since the occult is Satanic (yes, depending on your view!) probably the Ouija board use got a complaint, and the scenes were cut.

There's a 5th season Hazel episode (S5Ep05 "The Holdout"), where Ellen Corby's character, Minnie, makes heavy use of one. It'll be interesting to see if they either edit or skip that episode.

I remember seeing those scenes when DTM aired on Nickelodeon in the 90s.
Guessing they were victim to trimming scenes for time to allow more commercials.
