I noticed that this year's Halloween costumes have adopted a new style and would like to know why this is? Take for instance I've seen kids Halloween costumes of animals that are designed like character costumes that the characters wear at store grand openings and when I was a little girl children used to have cute animal Halloween costumes and were simple. Another trend with Halloween costumes is that with teens they are obsessed with Halloween costumes of devil angels or witches or evil fairies and I can't figure it out? It used to be that the teenagers would dress up as Cleopatra or Wilma Flintstone but now it seems that teens dress up as Elvira or a devil mermaid rather than fairytale princesses or queens. Another thing I noticed about Halloween costumes for kids is very hard for kids to dress up in. Like I have seen mermaid costumes that have a long tail and all that I see is kids tripping on it and getting hurt and some costumes like Wonder Woman that involve a cape that kids will end up ripping because it simply gets in the way. All this tells me is this is Halloween today and if they would make better costumes for kids Halloween costumes would be lots more fun to wear
