Not the scenes themselves. What I mean is that these moments seemingly showed the best writing, and Wilson was always portrayed as the wise sage who is teaching Tim how to be a better man. The problem was that since this is a sitcom, these moments get repeated often. This unfortunately in return, just makes Tim Allen's character come off as an utter dimwit who can't show insight or learn anything. And since he's the lead character and supposed to be likable, it kind of hurts the show, don't you agree?

To me, the scenes with Wilson only added to the show. My favorite one was when Jill tells him about meeting the lady who went to bed with Heidi's husband. After Jill said that he wasn't making her feel better by telling her what would happened if word got out about her inability to keep to herself what the lady shared, Wilson is like, "Well excuse me, why do I always have to be Santa's little helper?" :D :D :D

God bless you always!!!
