What's up with the top, bottom and sides of the tv screen being blacked out lately? It makes it look like my TV screen is about 12 inches smaller than what it actually is.

Anyone else find it strange that the guide says "24/7 Game Shows" anytime that they're airing an infomercial?

I live stream on Buzzr's site, not Pluto. The screen has unfortunately been that way there as well since Thursday afternoon, so Pluto would probably get their feed the same way.
