Well, let me eliminate some:
Eggplant - surely Aunt Martha was making this for a meal. Strikes me it was when June was away at her sister's.
Celery - Julie was munching on this when June thought there was a noise on the phone line.
Peas - I think this is the vegetable Wally served when Beaver let the bathtub run over, while Ward and June were away.
Brussels Sprouts - Beaver wouldn't eat this.
Potato - probably lots of mentions. One time Lumpy piled his plate hgh, and Beaver made a comment that he'd like some (mashed potatoes), too.

Broccoli was mentioned as a vegetable Larry didn’t like. In Beaver’s Newspaper Larry says “Are we having broccoli Mr. Cleaver?” Ward says “You’re not Larry.”

Speaking of asparagus, remember when Brian has to play an asparagus on ALF?

Speaking again of asparagus, June line: "Ward, what is that pungent odor coming from the half bath?"
