He does !! In today's ep. when Pebbles ends up in the zoo, after Dino who is supposed to be watching her chases a cat, in the pursuit of rescuing her a tiger rips Fred's clothes and you can clearly see his underwear , :eek: white with light / army green polka dots on them! :lol:

They bathe by taking showers with the elephant using his trunk.
