I often wonder if METV will have plans to add a live streaming app for those who do not have METV on their cable providers? Because the only thing i've seen is the METV app which Mom tried to download but it wasn't compatible with her tablet. Will a METV live stream be soon in the works yet?

I would like to see a live stream to be added in the future. You should contact MeTV and let them know that you would like one.

I don’t see it happening soon because MeTV doesn’t have streaming rights to the shows it broadcasts. This would cost more and they operate on a low-cost model.

Not a chance. If if the studios were willing to license out the streaming rights for all the shows that Me-TV and the other retro networks broadcast (which they won't because if there's money to be made from streaming their shows, they will do it themselves), the costs would be through the roof. The only content they could stream would be their own programs (like "Through the Decades" on Decades).

I'd be more interested in live streaming for Antenna TV. A few years ago I was able to live stream Antenna TV online. Then the option just disappeared.
